I'm new here, just obtained a new role at my company to oversee the Blackberries.
We have a BES running 220.127.116.11
Everyone uses Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007.
I have 2 new users with a Curve, they get their emails on the device, but when they are deleted from Outlook they are not deleted from the Device.
They are not running Outlook in cached mode, which I was told will prevent the synchronization.
I just had them do a reconcile now, and they said they still aren't deleting.
Anyone run into this?
Edit: Now they said that doing the Reconcile deleted messages from Today and Yesterday. They activated the device yesterday, so it's not deleting emails from days previous to their Enterprise Activation.
