When I try to do a EA with a new 8700R nothing happens, when I wipe the phone and try again nothing happens, when I delete the user from BPS and add them and try again on the phone after I wipe it again using the new password nothing happens. I am LOST! :(

I forgot to mention we have BPS 4.1.4 running on a separate machine talking to our Exchange 2007 Sp1, we currently have 8 users and are attempting to add the 9th, we have 21 cals total.

Andrew

Well the error messages in the applicatoin log have nothing to do with you not able to EA. The messages in the applocaiton log has to do with DBNS (Database notification service)

When you try to do your EA do you see the message hit the users mailbox? does the BES pick up and delete the message from the users mailbox? Is the handheld properly pervisioned for BES services?
