I've got a bes 4.1.x and exchange 2003. I've got a user who is leaving for vacation. he wants to filter 40 people to receive email only to his blackberry. It is time consuming to enter 40 people in his BB property, filters. if I create a distribution list, and add those 40 people in there, can I add the distribution list to his filter or do I need to enter all these 40 people for his filter?

or are there easier way to do this?

dist lists dont work that i am aware of, only contacts.

You can add a Blackberry group to the filter, but I'm not sure if it actually will filter anything. I can't get it to work.
