I have one user who has been moved from one GroupWise Server to another within the same system

I personally as the GW and BB administrator wasn't informed of the move so I couldn't take the necessary steps to back up the device before the move, however the move has gone successfully and this user is sending and receiving mail successfully

the problem is, that since the move this user has found that all of their mail items including sent items have dropped from the BB Device

Anyone any ideas what could have caused this, more importantly how can they get it back again - without removing them from the BES and loosing all of their personal settings (not priority for me - but is to them)
