I have configured a users Blackberry to have their contacts to have the +44 number infront of the contact’s mobile number. When the user receives a text message, he can see who it is from i.e. comes up with their name as its pickig that from the contacts, however, when they call him all he gets is their number appear and not name. ** Strange ** I thought it would display their name



If I take out the +44, then it reverts, the caller name is displayed, but text message just show the number and not contacts name, what do I need to do so that I can see the Caller/ Senders name appears for both text messages and phone if they are in my contact list

Yes, from your call log hit menu key and select options > smartdaling and set the country code to +44 and national number length to 11.
