Hi,

I'm new to BES and I'm running into the following problem:
I've just installed BES 4.1.4 and tried to add a user via Blackberry manager. When adding it for the first time, it appeared in the users list but stayed in "Initializing" status.
I removed it and tried to add again. It appears to have worked but I don't see the user in the list of users. When I look at the summary page in Blackberry manager, I see Number of users: 1.
I need to delete that user.
Can someone help me?

First off, Welcome to the Forums!

Make sure to check the users pending delete tab, and make sure that the user has been properly removed from the BES.

After adding the user, you need to Set Activation Password and then begin Enterprise Activation from the device.

I think my first problem is this: I don't see a Domain tab on the left side of the window... Does this mean that I'm not really connected to the Exchange server? When trying to add a user I have the list of users from the Exchange server though.
