So our Telecom Admin quit and I'm filling in. I know all the networking and PBX stuff, but BES is something new to me.

Scenario: Any time our Directors receive an email from the Dispatch Alerts account, they want a unique ring tone to sound, even if the phone is on vibrate, so the Directors know it's something important that's waking them up in the middle of the night. The old Admin set this up manually on the Blackberries and it is functional. Thing is, we're upgrading from 8703s to 8330 Curves. Is it posssible to set this up through BES or do I need to manually make this configuration on every single Blackberry like the old Admin did?

This is a handheld configuration via the profiles. This can not be configured on the BES. Unless you setup a filter rule on the BES for this as a level 1 notification message, but the user but still you need to make a change on the HH.
