I've recently setup my software whitelist to allow google maps to be installed on all my Blackberrys. Indexed software, setup share, created whitelist per BB support How To

I assign the Software Config to the BB and wait up to four hours. End result is the software is not installed and an error message is generated in Software Configuration Status log of "Device reported a general failure installing the module"

Configuration status shows "Ok" and status shows up to date.

Any ideas what could be causing the general failure installing the module?
