I need an information. i use Blackberry Manager to manage users and i have an option -> Clear In-Cradle Flag but i don't know what's that and it's not defined on the User Admin Guid. Do you know this option ? Do you know if it's possibble to use this option with BlackBerry Resource Kits 4.1.4 ? Please help me, this information it's very importante for me.

In-Cradle flag is for flagging if the device is connected to the computer that have the Desktop Manager installed on it. Sometimes the user might have connect to the computer and selected the "Turn off message redirection while my device is connected to my computer" in the Desktop Manager and they complain email not getting to their BlackBerry. You can remotely use this function to clear the flag.

when i writte BESUserAdminClient.exe i don't have the help command for this option.
