Iam trying to open a excel sheet from our intranet, I can open this from a HH of a user who is on BES 4.1.5 but for users on BES 4.0.7 I get the following message "Unsupported media type: application/vnd.ms-excel"

Any idea how to resolve this ?

I have looked and the attachment server does have xls as a support file format listed.

If it is Excel 2007 it might be a limitiation of 4.0.7. Also make sure that the HH has the attahcment application installed.
