Default Pool.bin file?

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user who uses BES & wireless sync, and a notebook computer. He doesn't use Desktop Manager, except for charging the phone. Whenever he takes the computer out of the office (hence working offline) and charges the phone, when he brings it back & reconnects, ActiveSync complains about two different modified versions of pool.bin, which is located on his mapped home folder (H which is marked for offline use. Both the server version and the offline version of the file have changed since he last synced, so ActiveSync doesn't know which version to keep -- and neither do I

Any suggestions? Should I move this file to a loctaion that isn't marked for offline use? If so, how to I move it?

Thanks,

--Doug

Default

I get a pool.bin file when I validate my srp and key. I just delete them and the BES has no issues.
