I came across an interesting situation. The Blackberry 7250 I was activating had a Data Connection Refused error, however, a *228 worked but the DCR did not get removed. I tried the battery pull to no avail. Calling Verizon I found out that the Blackberry was "Hot Lined". I was put over to the Fraud department where they said that the Blackberry number I was calling in about was making fraudulent calls in New York. They determined that the Blackberry phone had been cloned. They said it was the first one that had been cloned. Has anyone else gotten a cloned Blackberry before?
