Default BES Server Migration (n00b)

Please Login to Remove!

I'm pretty much new to BES, and somewhat new to BB's.

I need to migrate all settings and users over from an existing physical box to a new VMWare ESX box, both with Windows 2003 server and BES 4.1.4.15 on Exchange 2003 SP2. IIS and Exchange Manager have already been installed on the new box.

How can I seamlessly migrate all users from the physical box to the virtual box?

I've managed to create a backup of the users via CMD. I did a %\utility\blackberrybackup -b -o august5th08

Can I just perform a blackberrybackup -b -i august5th08 on the new server and power down the old server or what?

Thanks!
