Default Failed forwarding message

BES with 4 BB handsets on Server 2003 R2 and Exchange Server on SBS 2003.

Last result : Failed forwarding message

Status : running

We used to use desktop redirector through Outlook 2003 and this worked fine. Since BES installation, can't get any messages to the devices although all devices are seen by the BES correctly. Tried un-installing BES and reverting to desktop redirector but the error in the desktop redirector is the same : failed forwarding message. Reinstalled BES which runs through OK but still getting this message and my users are getting irritated that a system that worked fine is now broken!

Thanks DarthBBerry, and I have searched for a solution to this for the last week without success.

I uninstalled BES earlier this week for this reason and reverted to the Desktop Redirector but the DR still persists in looking at the (uninstalled) BES server and not forwarding emails.

How do I revert to using the Desktop Redirector?
