Do .wav files through BES work on other non 8830 4.2 handhelds?
We also have an Inter-tel Axxess system that forwards vm's as .wav and we have no problems listening to them.
Currently running BES 4.1.5 for Exchange.
To test attachments on the attachment server follow this document:
The mail system is Lotus Notes 7.0.2, if the message is forwarded to someone on Exchange, it opens fine. i'm thinking there is a notes issue with how the data is accessed.
The 8830 firmware is 220.127.116.11 however no users can listen to the wave file regardless of the phone.
I'm really thinking its lotus notes data store, its clustered so i guess i will go the IBM.
And the 4.1.6 upgrade didn't fix it, lol
Last part. the attachment test you sent me, only allows it to convert to .txt or ucs, not wav, would that matter?
