I am getting the following error when trying to add users to BES. Weird thing is it only happends to some of the users, not all. They are all part of the same mail server and mail store. Any Ideas?

Running Exchange 2007 SP1, BES 4.1.6.10.

Check that the BES service account has the proper permissions to access the users' mailboxes.

All Permissions are set correctly according to that documentation. I am now getting this error on the mail server. Could this be my problem? If so, how do I correct this?
