Default Tasks not synchronizing

Please Login to Remove!

I have just started using tasks, and I am having trouble getting them to synchronize. I am running BES 4.1.4.
I add an item to Tasks in Outlook, but it does not appear on the Blackberry. If I turn wireless reconcile off and then back on again, it synchronizes the task list and I can see it on my Blackberry. If I try to edit a task and save it on the Blackberry, it doesn't save the change, not even on the Blackberry.
I have been able to reproduce this behaviour on more than one Blackberry in our environment.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

1. Exchange Version
2. MAPI/CDO version on both BES and Exchange
3. MSXML version on BES
4. # of users

Have you tried restarting the Sync service. Did you look in the SYNC or MAGT logs on the BES? Use a time when you last tried to add/update a task on the BB as a search point in the logs.

Exchange 2003 SP2
100 users

I'll list the file version numbers, hopefully they are the right files?

BES:
cdo.dll - 6.5.7651.61
mapi32.dll - 6.5.7638.1
msxml.dll - 8.0.7002.0

Exchange:
cdo.dll - 6.5.7651.61
mapi32.dll - 6.5.7638.1

I've tried restarting the service, no luck. I've looked but I cannot find the SYNC and MAGT logs... where are they?

The sysnc and MAGT log are going to be in your install directory c:\program files\Research in motion\logs or wherever you installed BES.
