Question BES User's Address Book Settings Disappearing

Please Login to Remove!

We have a strange issue, in that a single user's Address Book path keeps clearing itself.

We are using BES for Domino, and the user has had Roaming enabled. Within their Person Document Roaming is "In Progress", but the Roaming subfolder is correct, and the user's Names.nsf is contained within the subfolder.

Each time we attempt to Activate the user, everything comes through except their address book.

When we look at the address book settings (Server and Relative Path) both fields are empty. If we manually enter the information, within minutes the fields are again empty.

Has anyone come across this before?

Thanks
