Default Strange issue with 4.1.6 and OCS '07

Please Login to Remove!

With SP5 MR1 I had Collab for Office Communicator/LCS 2005 (Was able to get it working with OCS 2007). When I upgraded I selected Office Communications 2007 the install completed. When I check the Collab service it still says LCS/Office Communicator. So i tried the install again and selected OCS 2007 went back after accepting the apache agreement and noticed it had set itself back to LCS 2005. Has anyone had a problem with this? I have tried creating a new install with a new database and I get the same issue. The main problem is that Enterprise messenger cannot connect to server. The log reads the following:

2008-08-13 10:56:27.015 EDT-:[68]:-BBIM_MYSERVER_BBIM_1-:-WARNG-:-LAYER = BBIM, Cannot contact CWA server at ****s://ocs.mycompany.local:8585/forms/logon.html version of CWA cannot be determined due to unexpected exception: Unexpected http result code during initial attempt to contact CWA server: 401.

I can login to the web access on the server without issue. Inside the forms folder on the virtual server there is no logon.html.

Any help would be much appreciated.
