This is driving me nuts.

I have a user that wants to send a copy of all emails sent via blackberry to his secretary but does not want to have to include her address every time.

Is there a way to setup an auto Bcc on BES for all emails on an individual basis?

I was thinking the other way of doing this would be to setup a rule in Outlook to forward all sent emails to his secretary which contain certain text in the message body but Outlook seems to exclude emails sent via BB.

The secretary does not want to keep going into his Sent Items folder to view these emails.

We use our Mail Marshall software to achieve this. It does all kinds of things but it's primarily designed as a spam filter, but it can redirect email, run scripts - all kinds of things. I can't think of a way for Exchange to do that.
