I have a user who is encountering problems when trying to access the internet from her device. She is on our BES and can receive email fine along with text messages and phone calls. She has a strong GPRS signal, and the provider is Vodafone.
When she accesses the Vodafone Live browser, the Vodafone homepage loads but an error occurs when she tries to access other sites:
[pre]A communication failure occurred with the selected Mobile Data Service. The service may be busy, please try again later. If the problem persists contact your administrator.[/pre]
I've tried removing the battery and SIM etc. but nothing changed. I then re-sent te service books and IT policy. This seemed to work for around 10 minutes or so but then the same issue started happening again.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be wrong?
