| BES users the primary address by default. BES also users what it is being presented by exchange (loose statement), so at times, not the norm, it will reflect an alias. This, depending on the arcive pack you have can be corrected by performing a 'Reload User' this a menu option against each user. Right click user and Reload User. This has in all cases I have used to will adjust the email address to the Primary SMTP address.
