Default internet issue with blackberry browser

Please Login to Remove!

For the past few weeks i have had issues with some models being able to access the internet and others cannot. We are running BES with all the newest patches. What policy settings on BES and phones can be checked so that all phones and models can access MDS and Internet Browsers? Thanks.

i have been having similar issues, but it was related to the Internet Browsing service not being set correctly at the carrier/service provider end. When you activate the handsets, make sure the Blackberry Internet Service service book appears and the MDS book if required.
