Hope ssomeone can point me in the right direction. We have a number of people on BES, a variety of BB models.
If I try to run BB Maps on an 8310 or 8110 BEFORE activating on BES, all works fine.
Once activated, Maps no longer works. Green hatched screen with message 'No Data Available'
If I reset the device back to factory default, then Maps work again.
Sooooo.... it appears that settings on BES are preventing this working.
I've checked the 'Location Bsed Services Policy Group' and Disable BB Maps is set to False and the Enterprise Tracking is set to True. and in Security Policy Group, 'Disable GPS' is set to False ( I realise though that in the UK GPS doesn't work, so would not think this would make any difference
Can anyone point me in how to fix this please?
