How do you folks track CALs, if at all? When I say that I mean a situation like "This CAL is associated with this user... this 10 pack for these 10 users" type of situation.
We're essentially a hosting provider for 90 different state agencies. We provide centralized AD/Exchange/Blackberry/ActiveSync/etc... to all of them for a chargeback fee. At present we are stuck in Excel spreadsheet hell as 4.1.6 provides us with no way to associated a CAL or CAL pack to particular users on BES.
Sooo... how do you guys and gals do it? Does the mythical 5.0 we've heard about forever include this kind of functionality?
