Default MDS login lost. How do you fix?

Please Login to Remove!

Whatever login we had for the MDS service has been forgotten. How this happens, I have no clue. Is there a way to make a new login? We are running 4.1.6.10.

Thanks!

Shawn

you can just select edit properties of the MDS service from blackberry manager select security and change the password in there. Can you not?

check this link on BlackBerry's support site:

tinyurl.com/6ztjxe (url not working). Search for kb15618 at their site.

It discusses an issue when MDS service credentials get out of sync, so you should be able to "change" / "create" the credentials.

Default Thanks!

Thanks, this helped me solve my problem with the login. Now that I log in, it says there are errors in retrieving data from the server. I did notice that IIS is not installed on this server, could that be the problem?

Thanks!

Shawn
