Default Number of users: 1... When really it is 0

Please Login to Remove!

Today I setup BES for the first time. The install went fine, all the activation went fine, everything looked as though it was going to be nice and easy. Unfortunately that was soon to be changed. I clicked on the users tab and added a new user (My organizations 1 Blackberry user) then connected his phone to the server and connected the 2 to each other. It wasn't quite working right so I decided to delete the user and start again. That user is now gone from the users tab but on the home tab it says "Number of users: 1". So now when I try to add my user again I get a message saying "The number of users selected exceeds the number of available licenses. Please select a fewer number of users to add."

So I guess my question is... How do I fully get rid of that user I created first so that I can re-add it and try to get this whole thing working.

Thanks in advance.

If you delete a user, it's gets in a deleting queue. (tab saying: "Users Pending Delete")
I usually go check there if I deleted a user and press F5 a couple times.
If the user doesn't disappear from the list I restart BB services. Don't ask me which!

Unfortunately its still there and I never saw a delete queue. Thanks for the advice though. I'll wait for a reboot and see if that helps.
