Hi, I'm going to reboot the BES for a company. Their I.T. guy is not around. When the BES comes back up, how do I verify that everything is working properly? I don't have a Blackberry on that BES, so I can't test send and receive messages.

you could email someone that is on the bes and put <confirm> within the subject line and you should get an email back once that message has hit that persons blackberry.
