Default Blackbery Service Stop

Please Login to Remove!

im running bes 4.1 and some blackberry services just randomly stops. i have to manually go in and restart these services. This is my event log below. any ideas?

The SQL Server Active Directory Helper service terminated with service-specific error 3221225572 (0xC0000064).

The BlackBerry Dispatcher service terminated with service-specific error 5608 (0x15E8).

The BlackBerry Policy Service service terminated with service-specific error 5003 (0x138B).

The BlackBerry Synchronization Service service terminated with service-specific error 5201 (0x1451).

5608 is a very common error and it has to do with the master table missing some blackberry error messages within the sysmessages table. You should not get this error randomly but only after trying to move the db from one server to another. If you fix the 5608 it should fix the other errors.

I would check things on the sql side. I'm going to guess that it is a remote sql server and maybe your sql team is doing something during the time of the outages???
