Blackberry User Administration Service did not install after installing all the Blackberry for Exchange updates to the server. After the reboot the Blackberry Mgr Console shows the server and the number of users but none of the users are viewable. If we scroll to the far right, the heading for User Administration Service show that is is not installed. Does anyone know how to back out or fix this issue?

Version of BES and are you even using the user administration service?
its part of the resource kit and not installed or included by default.
