| Sounds like permissions to me. Seeing he is the only user on that Exchange Server you would never notice a permissions issue.
I am willing to bet that you will also see errors for that user stating User Not Started. If so, it means that the mailbox cannot be accessed.
Try running the IEMSTest utility against that users mailbox. Then double check permissions. Odds are you are missing Administer Information Store for that Exchange Server. |
