Unhappy Software Update on devices

Please Login to Remove!

Hello everybody,
I've got a problem concerning applications on our blackberry devices. We have an application that is deployed to the devices wireless with our BES. Now I've got an update of that applications an want to deploy it to the devices. I've updated the application on the BES and reindexed the application. My problem is that the application status on the BES is showing "Upgrade Required". This status has now stayed for three days and nothing happened on the devices... I've no idea how to find out what the problem is.

I have to say that a few days ago we had terrible server-crash. After that we had to install a new server with a new BES and imported our Database Backup. Anyone an idea if this caused the problem? The devices are working fine (sending / receiving emails etc.)

Thanks for your help...

Regards Stefan

Have you set an application control policy against the app with a disposition of 'required'?

Yes I have. The disposition is set to 'required'.
