Question entrust certificate issue

Our entrust admins can't find a reason for this.

When i try to load my entrust cert into my bb (vzw 8830) using desktop manager it keeps saying "Your Entrust credentials are not enabled for export". I'm an RA on the system and my cert is marked exportable. There is no difference between my cert and any other user's cert settings. They have even rebuilt my entrust profile. This also happens on multiple machines. All other users work fine and my entrust profile works just fine with outlook.

is anyone else using entrust and seen this problem?
