Default Database Login Failed using trusted credentials. Please try again.

Here is the scoop, we had done some maintenance to an application that implemented a SQL database. Shortly after we noticed that the Blackberry Manager 4.1 would not open and was posting "Database Login Failed using trusted credentials. Please try again." which after clicking ok brings up a log in prompt for the database. Since this was an inherited set up I am not really sure what the login credentials were based on, whether it be AD or a database login and was wondering if there is a way to track this down, or potentially reset the type of credentials it is requiring.

start praying.

You can log into the BES server still right?
Then on the SQL server make sure the BESMGMT data base is owned my BESADMIN
BESADMIN need to have roles of DB creater, Server ADmin, Sysadmin. (at least thats on mine)

Then try it again. IF bes is running you a have a while to fix this.
DO NOT restart the BES server, it will not start if it can not access the database.
