Hi

I often get meeting requests from one of our customers who use a Lotus Domino (Notes) server. The problem is that when I receive the email, it's just that, and email. Seems the meeting request info has been stripped and I cannot accept/decline etc..

On my desktop outlook, it's the same, the email comes in with a .ics attachment which however I can open and then accept/decline etc.. but I can't do this on the BB as it doesn't recognise .ics files.

Anyone know a solution to this?

You do have reconciliation enabled on the device? And within BES itself the calendar enabled for reconciliation?

Servers>Edit Properties>Global PIM Sync
Mine are set to bi-directional and server wins.

We have had this before, and iirc it was down to the data area of the users mail file which was causing the ics file format to be transmitted. Though i dont know exactly what caused it as it seemed to fix itself once replaced.
