Wonder if any one can shed any light. We host Exchange BES for a customer and they have intermittent success with enterprise activation...
When I activate one of their troublesome account on my test device (8320) they always work (so our BES 22.214.171.124 system is working fine).
When they try again and again, it stops at varying % of enterprise activation.
Ah, hah! you say, it must be the device... but when, with the same device they activate a different account it works fine.
So it seems that the exchange mailbox is fine as it activates on our device and their device is fine as it activates with some other accounts... which doesn't make much logical sense.
The only thing I can think of is the difference in device software. Our test device is one from RIM from joining the hosting alliance partner programme (8320 Curve on v126.96.36.199) whereas they have tried various devices but always on lower software (4.1.x, 4.2.x). But surely this shouldn't make any difference???
Any ideas on where to look next?
