I have a strange issue and cant understand it, running BES 4.1.5 with OL2002
When I receieve an email in the Inbox it reconciles to the handheld fine as expected. I created a rule saying if a new email arrives from Joe Bloggs, move the mail to a folder under the Inbox.

When I get a new mail from Joe Blogg, it moves the message to the folder as instructed by the rule, but the message doesnt reconcile or appear on the handheld. But if i disable the rule, the message appears in the inbox on the handheld and if I manually run the rule afterwards it reconciles with the handheld and changes the envelops stub to a folder stub.

But is this by design that when a move rule is created as mentioned above that it doesnt appear on the device or its something I am not doing correctly (which I think is the issue)

I think i have worked out what I was doing wrong, I had not enabled that particular folder for redirection through BES Manager. Tested and all works as expected.

I didnt realise that I had to enable the folder for redirection though.
