Default Possible to change Password on a device?

Please Login to Remove!

I'm the Besadmin for our firm so don't worry, I'm not just trying to hack into the device.

We have an "X" employee's handheld that we have need to get into the device on without his password and with the signal being off.

With the signal off, I obviously can't change the password OTA via Blackberry Manager.

Any suggestions? I know you can go through Enterprise Activation wired, is it possible to send the device a password change wired also?

I'm at a Conference right now so I can't actually try it yet, was just looking for any possibilities.

Thanks!

If you choose make Emergency call from the Unlock menu, then very quickly cancel the call the BB will turn on the radio to make the emergency call (911). Then you can OTA the password.
