hi,

one of my manager complained to me that on his 8310 curve he is recieving email as normal but when he tries to reply he get the message that message service is not configured.

i've checked the BES(blackberry professional manager) and wireless synchronisation is enabled and bidirectional.


any advise??

Is he a member of administrators?

If so it will not work properly because administrators are denied access to the message store!

I'd suggest:

1. Re-send Service Books
2. Re-genrate Encyption key
3. All else fails, wipe and re-activate
