Default BES 4.1 64 bit ?

Is BES 4.1 32 bit or 64 bit ?

is it OK to install BES 4.1 32bit on Windows 2003 64 bit or Windows 2008 64 bit.

Bes is 32bit but you can install it on 64it OS since 64bit will allow it to run in 32bit mode

Only if the VM session is running Windows 2003 Server it is! Look at the link above... BES/BPS is not supported under Windows 2008 Server 32bit/64bit.
