Address book sync issues

Hello everyone,

BES with groupwise - address book updates from hh to server not the other way... bidirectional sync is enabled

Turning wireless sync off then back on after a few minutes initiates traffic but
widows server event viewer shows:

{"USERS NAME"} 'getGroupWiseContact' Exception caught. Exception Text: Unable to retrieve COM dispatch in "OAPIGetAddressBookEntryAlgo". Error is: 0. -> Caught Stacked Exception while inside "OAPITemplatePattern"

Anyone seen this before?

I dont know GW that well but I do know that they have fixed a lot of address book sync issues with the latest version of BES. If you are not running it I would upgrade.

I'm running the latest versions with all updates...

Saw 2 posts on the RIM forums with same error from a while back...
Still no resolution anywhere...

I love finding errors no one has ever seen before !

might have to send this one to support...

I am experiencing the same problem & 4.1.6 MR3 has not resolved the issue. Has anyone found a solution?
