I have one user that is no longer receiving email on the handset (7100t). It ran fine for a week or two, but stopped receiving about 5 days ago, and began displaying a "Decryption failure, regenerate encryption key" error. I have attempted to regenerate the key on the handset, and it tells me "An error has occurred. Please contact your System Administrator" and errors out of Enterprise Activation. I have also tried to regenerate the key on the desktop (4.0 sp1), and on the BES server (4.0 sp2) with no sucess in either case. I have several other users that are running just fine on the same handset. Does anyone have a guess as to what could be causing this?
In a possibly unrelated problem, the BlackBerry Managment console crashes on my server frequently when I am exploring users' settings. I read posts about this being a problem back in March, but haven't seen any resolutions. Has there been one?
