I installed a new BES4 server, and entered the old BES3.6 license to the new server. But two licenses have problems, it showed me that 'The license key being entered is incompatible with license keys existing in your license manager'.

Any idea for that?

You have either a SME or an Enterprise version of BES and trying to add license keys from the other version. SME and Enterprise CALs are not compatible to eachother.

You can try to build a test box with the old 3.6 version & license, then do an upgrade. The 4.0 upgrade will upgrade the license then you can just type it it in your production server. This worked in our Domino environment, may not work for Exchange, but worth a try.

But we have another SME(5 client access), it works well, we have total 210 license, but 2 Five SME Client Access Licenses don't work.

using a SME license on a BES does violate the end-user licensing agreement, just so you know. i'd not recommend it... and if it does work, i wouldn't complain about the other not following suit. the licenses are not supposed to work for other versions of the product (i.e - a trial on a full, a small business on a full, a full on a small business, etc).

This is very much true... Licenses are specific to the flavour of BES you have. One of my clients has a small business BES and when additional licenses were ordered we got enterprise licenses that wouldn't go.
