Default Multiple BES Activation

I currently support 100 BlackBerry users located within the United States and 6-12 who are located overseas or travel abroad frequently. We are currently working to build redundant BES servers so the users will not experience any downtime or very little if something were to happen. In doing this, we will need to move our licenses to this other server and reactivate all of our BlackBerry handhelds. My question is, has anyone had to do this and if so, is there a way to move these licenses without reactivating? We want to impact these users as little as possible obviously. Also, if we do have to reactivate each handheld, is there a way to reactivate multiple licenses at one time? We will be using the same simple password for all of the devices to keep support at a minimum.

We are currently using the BlackBerry 7250, 7290 and 7100g BlackBerry models and all are using v4.0 firmware. The BES Server is running v4.0 as well and we are using MS Exchange 2003.

If your BES servers share the same SQL database, then you can move users between the servers. For BlackBerry 4.x they have nothing to do. The BES send wireless a new service book and encryption key to the handheld. BES servers with the same database share also the CAL's.
