Hi, I am new to the community and to bbs and I am in a bit of a jam. One of my users is having a problem - unable to send or receive emails on his BB. On the BES it is showing he has over a hundred pending. How do I get the emails from the pending status?

Few things to make sure of:

Easy on first, is his BB on?

secondly
Is his wireless on?

Thirdly
Is he in the cradle?

Get him to re-register his BB on the network as well.

Sometimes thats what I find fixes the problems

The user going to try to resych. He did have it on and he had a wireless signal. So I am just waitng to see what happens.
