Default BES with 2003 and 2007?

Please Login to Remove!

Ok,
We are installing a 2007 server and they have BES setup for 2003 right now. I have added the permissions needed to 2007. Will bes be able to address BOTH servers? Now the 2003 will be going awayand I have the bb article on moving it but I wanted to know how it will work with both servers during the process of moving users.

Default

BES will function for both servers as it stands right now. If EXCHG 2003 goes away, you can consider removing ESM 2003 and installaing the Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1 (the exchange 2007 component similar to ESM).

Remember to keep patch levels the same regaring your mail server and which ever component that is installed on the BES.
