Default Any risk in resending Service Books from BES?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I'm a long term BES 3.6 user, but I've recently moved to 4.0 and I'm still getting used to the new options.

Is there any risk in resending the service books to a user's handheld from the BES as a "first point" in trying to resolve issues?

(By the way, the issue is the user is remote and receiving the "No message services are configured. You'll only be able to save." error.)

Thanks for any advice!

Thanks!

I figured there wasn't much of a risk... especially when the device wasn't working anyway!
