I have a user that is traveling in Europe. They arrived last Friday. He is missing 29 emails from Friday (the emails are in his inbox but not on the blackberry). Is there a way to resubmit just those 29 emails? Or should I just forward those 29 emails to his account?

you may be able to get away with it if you create another email folder under his mailbox (outlook). you can move the emails out of the inbox into the new folder, wait 5 minutes then move them back. The BES admin might pick up on the emails and re process them to send out. This might take a few minutes to work. I have done this in the past and it has worked.
