Question How do I sync contacts?

Running BES version 3.6.2.14
With Blackberry
Model 6750
Exchange server 2003
Outlook 2003
no personal folders

I have access to lookup and send from global address list but not my contacts
How do I make my personal contacts available to the bb?

Install the "Desktop Manager" software that came with the BB (on the CD). If you didn't get a CD, download it from www.blackberry.com

Configure "Intellisync" to download your contacts, calendar, notes and tasks from Outlook.

So bes 3.6 supports wireless calendar sync but not contacts?
Does bes 4 sync contacts?
