The costumer has a BES subscripton using a provider in Malaysia called Maxis.

We have another user using a BES subsription on the vodafone netherlands network, and that costumer has no problems at all. So i am wondering if this is a problem with the provider or the BES?

I hope someone can help me with this.

Thanks in advance

With this many details you provided to us, pure guess would be : provider needs to provision hh for BES service.

That line is somewhat indicative of BES thinking that the handheld is configured for Desktop Redirector.
Was this user previously set up using redirector?
